The company began operating in 1988, on the initiative of its two partners, brothers Manuel Joaquim Ferreira de Sousa and José Joaquim Ferreira de Sousa.
These individuals, who had already been working individually in the field in which the company now operates, accumulating valuable experience and building relationships with their customers and suppliers, decided that year to expand their commercial activities and create suitable working conditions.
